Country group LONESTAR have denied reports former AMERICAN IDOL star JOSH GRACIN is to join the band, but confirm they're almost ready to name a new frontman.
Lonestar will soon be left without a frontman when singer Richie MacDonald follows through on his decision to quit at the end of the band's current tour in November (07).
But drummer Keech Rainwater reveals their new singer will be announced shortly - but it isn't Gracin, who has been touring with Lonestar.
The drummer says, "We found one guy. I can't tell you who it is now but we absolutely love his voice.
"This is a chance for us to kind of get a new sound and go in a little bit of a different direction."
