The actress officially checked out of the Wonderland Center in the Hollywood Hills after completing a 30 day stay on Friday (16FEB07).
The night before being released from the facility (15FEB07), Lohan was spotted partying at Hollywood nightclub Teddy's.
The star's publicist, LESLIE SLOANE-ZELNICK, confirms Lohan finished her treatment telling US entertainment news show ACCESS HOLLYWOOD, "She will continue as an outpatient.
"She will take it day by day. She's in it for the long haul, and she asks that her privacy be respected." The 20-year-old, who is not legally allowed to drink in the US, was photographed late Friday night (16FEB07) at Los Angeles club Les Deux.
The MEAN GIRLS star was seen chatting with JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE in the parking lot just as he was leaving the club.
Lohan checked herself into rehab in early January (07) after reports surfaced she had passed out at a post-Golden Globes party.
