STRONG Foundation's President's Circle. Aaron is a lawyer with significant experience in corporate governance and currently serves as a compliance leader at GE Capital. Before joining GE, she practiced law in New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware at the law firm Saul Ewing, LLP, where she was a partner chairing several management committees. The Michigan native reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2006, the same year as her cancer diagnosis. She graduated from the University of Michigan and received a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robins, who lost his first wife Stephanie to cancer, has a long-standing devotion to philanthropic causes. He is the chairman and CEO of Great Pond Management Company, LLC (GPMC), a U.S.-based private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of underperforming manufacturing companies. In addition to his work there, Robins is chairman and CEO of Rotation Dynamics Corporation, a multinational manufacturer of consumables. He splits his time between San Diego and Shanghai with his wife, Cassidy, and their twins.
