Lexmark International Middle East recently organised a seminar and workshop for the benefit of their resellers in Oman.
Designed to familiarise Omani channel partners with the latest product lines, upcoming product launches and service and maintenance issues, the event drew a good response with 30 partners from across the Sultanate attending.
Delegates were trained on various aspects of what goes to make a successful partnership by Lexmark International Middle East UAE and Oman Sales Manager, Nawal Khan.
Among the topics discussed in the workshop were: Product Launches; Corporate Value Proposition; Supplies; Services; Solutions and hands-on demonstration of various new products.
