Levi & Korsinsky is investigating the Board of Directors of i2 Technologies, Inc. (“i2” or the “Company”) (NasdaqGS: ITWO) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with their attempt to sell the Company to JDA Software Group Inc ("JDA") (NasdaqGS: JDAS).
