At findrooms, it's very affordable for agents, sellers or landlords to promote their real estate for potential buyers or tenants. Each property listing stays up to a year in the database and can be changed any time, e.g. the picture, description or an uploaded synopsis. The only thing findrooms asks for is a deep/backlink from the clients website to his or her listing.

If 1 picture is not enough, you may want to go for the premium listing to display up to 4 images and even more extensive features for only 20 € (plus 19% V.A.T.*) per year. And if that is not sufficient, the featured listing allows for only 10 € more up to 24 images.

Each listing is displayed by

Google maps and can be transferred via social bookmarketing to facebook and the likes. Two RSS feeds (new and open house listings) are available and visitors can subscribe to VIP Buyers Register or create their shortlist.

Findrooms comes bilingual (English and German), so a simple click on the flag will switch the menus, search forms and descriptions to the desired language.
