Lennar, in partnership with Universal American Mortgage Company is offering 100 percent financing to qualified homebuyers.
Summerville, SC---Lennar, in partnership with Universal American Mortgage Company+ (UAMC), is offering qualified homebuyers 100 percent USDA financing* on homes at participating communities in Moncks Corner and Summerville.
“There are many people looking to purchase a new home who may not have the funds available at closing,” said Ann Ivey, director of sales for Lennar’s Coastal Carolina Division. “ One hundred

Foxbank Plantation in Moncks Corner offers homes that range from 1,480 to 2,519 square feet and are priced from $199,990
