LendingTree, LLC and IMX, Inc. Announce Settlement of Patent Litigation

- LendingTree and IMX today announced that they have settled their outstanding patent litigation. The settlement agreement satisfies the judgment entered against LendingTree in favor of IMX, and resolves all claims asserted in the pending appeal of that judgment. As a result of the settlement agreement, the appeal will be dismissed and LendingTree will receive a patent license from IMX.
