Lehigh Gas Corporation Appoints
                               Frank Macerato as
                         General Counsel and Secretary

ALLENTOWN, PA (March 22, 2013) - Lehigh Gas Corporation announced today the
appointment of Frank Macerato as general counsel and secretary, effective
immediately.

Macerato will serve as in-house senior legal counsel for Lehigh Gas Corporation
as well as chief compliance officer for Lehigh Gas Partners LP (NYSE: LGP),
managing legal matters for the partnership and serving as a key member of   its
management team.

Prior to joining Lehigh Gas, Macerato served as corporate counsel and assistant
secretary for Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT), a global specialty chemicals
company, where he negotiated complex commercial agreements, managed corporate
transactions and provided legal and business advice to numerous internal
clients.

From 2004 to 2008, Macerato was vice president, general counsel and assistant
secretary of EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), a global industrial battery manufacturer,
where he served as its first in-house lawyer following its initial public
offering. His responsibilities included directing worldwide legal matters,
developing and implementing policies and processes to mitigate legal risk and
managing and negotiating key transactions.

Macerato was a shareholder and associate with Stevens & Lee, P.C., of Reading,
Pa., from 1998 to 2004, serving in the firm's corporate, finance and capital
markets department. Prior to that, he was an associate with Reed Smith for two
years. Previously, Macerato held various engineering and management positions
during his 15 years with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: APD).

Macerato holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's degree
in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as a
doctorate in law from Temple University. He also held the rank of first
lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. Macerato is admitted to the Pennsylvania and
New Jersey bars and is a member of the American Bar Association and the
Association of Corporate Counsel.
