Legacy Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:LEGC), the holding company for Legacy Banks (the "Bank"), will announce the fourth quarter 2008 earnings on Thursday January 29, 2009 at approximately 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
