2009-11-04 05:27:20 - On October 21 to 24, Chinese law firm Lehman Lee & Xu played host to the 15th Globalaw annual conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing, China, that drew close to seventy Globalaw delegate members from countries spanning Asia, the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Oceania, as well as Lehman Lee & Xu attorneys from its Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou offices.

Apart from the standard legal networking and business opportunities exchange, this latest annual conference also offered its members a bird eye’s view on the legal framework to doing business in China and an overview on the increasing popular Chinese intellectual property law, with emphasis on the protection and enforcement fronts, a timely topic considering China just had its latest patent
