www.bostoncoach.com/index.jsp - BostonCoach today announced that Larry Moulter, a 30-year corporate veteran with consulting, management and marketing expertise, has joined the company as president and chief executive officer. He will lead the Boston-based provider of worldwide ground transportation and destination management services.
Moulter, 57, most recently served as president of Moulter Associates and provided strategic consulting
services to companies such as Dunkin Brands and EMC, and served as a senior advisor to Commonwealth Worldwide, a Boston-based chauffeured transportation company. Additionally, as chairman and president of New Boston Garden Corporation, Moulter was a driving force in the planning, construction and opening of what is now the TD Banknorth Garden. The BostonCoach position has been open since January 2008.
"Larry is a strong leader who has a wide-range of experience growing successful businesses," said Timothy T. Hilton, president of Devonshire Investors, the private equity firm affiliated with Fidelity Investments which oversees BostonCoach. "As a result of his experience in service-based businesses, he has developed a client-centric focus that will provide great value to our business. Additionally, with his corporate and brand management expertise, we believe Larry can lead BostonCoach to take advantage of various growth opportunities."
Prior to operating his consulting firm, Moulter was chief operating officer of Mirror Image Internet, Inc.; and president and chief executive officer of Boston-based Woolf Associates. He also was an entertainment attorney at Edward J. Acton, New York City.
Moulter holds an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School, and a master's degree in International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
