Russian and Kyrgyz airlines canceled the flights to the southern Kyrgyz city of Osh hit by the continuing inter-ethnic clashes, airlines officials said on Saturday.
Russian S7 airlines and Kyrgyzstan Airlines' officials said the air-carriers had cancelled the flights from Moscow to Kyrgyz city of Osh. They did not specify whether the flights would be resumed soon. A statement from Moscow said there would be no immediate movement of troops to Kyrgyzstan, but that Russia will send humanitarian aid.reports RIA Novosti

Roza Otunbaeva, the head of Kyrgyzstan's interim government, addressed reporters there are "some inside forces" who want to destabilize the country.
Kyrgyz interim government lifted a state of emergency and curfew in the country's southern city of Jalalabad, the deputy head of the interim government said on Saturday.
"We declare the state of emergency in the city of Jalalabad and Sozak district of Jalalabad region," Azimbek Beknazarov said, adding the violence-hit areas expanded.
Southern Kyrgyzstan is threatened with the humanitarian catastrophe since all the stores are destroyed and plundered during the inter-ethnic riots in Osh. The neighboring Kyrgyz regions provide the food supplies to the insurgent city.
Russian military source said that Russian troops stationed at the Kant military base in Kyrgyzstan, some 20 km south of the capital Bishkek, would not be deployed to Osh.
