Gilching, Bavaria - Germany, March 13th 2013 – Kyocera Displays introduces new industrial flat panel models in 7”, 8.4”, 10.4” and 12.1” with outstanding features including for challenging applications like sunlight readable outdoor devices.

All displays comes with 85/85/85/85 wide viewing angle and feature Super Wide Viewing Technology (SWV) which delivers true color and the best optical performance. It enables people to view content from any angle and with vivid color grey scales (free from inversion).

Super High Brightness up to 1200 nits (cd/m²) is enabled by a high efficient long lifetime backlight and an integrated LED driver circuit with full dimming function with no additional components required. Based on the latest technology for LED chips and light guides they can

be driven with low power consumption. The new TFTs are designed with standard LVDS interface and come with 1000:1 contrast.

In addition, the extremely wide temperature range of -30° to 80°C makes it a perfect flat panel for industrial, automotive and medical customers. As with all Kyocera displays it offers long term product availability.
