2008-10-14 08:06:08 - On Saturday, October 18th 2008, the Kool Kitties Dance Team will host auditions at Southwest Community College (5396 Mendenhall Sq. Mall) in Memphis, TN.

The Kool Kitties are currently scouting for talented young ladies who possess an outstanding work ethic, great personality, excellent communication skills, extraordinary dancing abilities, etc. to join the dance team and perform throughout the duration of the River City 'Kool Kats' Arena Football Team upcoming season.

All aspiring, current and established dancers are encouraged to come and

audition for a potential membership on the Kool Kitties Dance Team. Registration for aspiring dancers will begin at 8:30 am and conclude at 9:30 am. Shortly thereafter, La Mescia Montoya, the Kool Kitties Dance Team Choreographer, will begin auditions immediately at 9:45 am. The audition fee is $15.00 and all dancers must bring their portfolios which consist of a photos, headshot, resume, etc.

Each dancer must be at least 18 years old prior to auditioning, have obtained her High School Diploma or G.E.D., and in exceptional physical condition. Approximately, nine (9) to twelve (12) dancers will be chosen to join the Kool Kitties Dance Team. Each member chosen must be able to attend all of the River City 'Kool Kats' twelve (12) home games (which are subject to change) and appearances. All auditioned dancers selected must have reliable transportation to all games, appearances and rehearsals. In addition, every dance team member will be compensated on the per-game and per-appearance basis schedule.
