 KONE has acquired Isralift, its authorized distributor in Israel. Isralift is
 one of the leading elevator and escalator companies in Israel and it has been
 KONE's distributor for over 10 years. Isralift has approximately 12,000
 elevators in its maintenance base and employs 330 people.

 "Isralift has excellent knowledge of our products and they have developed
 strong customer relationships in the market." says Pierre Liautaud, EVP and
 Area Director for South and West Europe, KONE.

 Isralift will continue to operate as an independent company under its current
 name and brand.
