Klövern AB (publ) has signed a contract for sale of the property Söderbymalm
6:4 in Haninge. The sale price amounts to around SEK 25 million.
The property Söderbymalm 6:4 in Haninge is an office and industrial property of
just over 6,000 sq.m. The handover date is 22 April 2013. With this sale,
Klövern will leave Haninge.
"Klövern is working actively to concentrate its property portfolio and this sale
is in line with this", says Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
