Klövern has acquired a property in Mölndal just south of central Gothenburg for
SEK 490 million. The acquisition is taking place in corporate form.
The property Hästägaren 3 consists of office and logistics premises of around
48,000 sq.m. and serves as KappAhls' head office and central warehouse. A 15-
year lease has been signed in conjunction with the purchase. The property will
be taken possession of at the latest at the end of November.
"The property acquisition in one of Sweden's absolutely strongest logistics
locations strengthens Klövern's existing portfolio in Gothenburg in a very good
way", says Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
