4Kids Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: KDE), the global children’s entertainment and merchandise licensing organization, today announced its plans to report third quarter results for 2009 on Monday, November 9, 2009, before the start of market trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Management will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on November 9, 2009, to discuss the latest corporate developments and results. The conference call will be broadcast over the Internet as a “live” listen only Webcast.
