From the 17th to 22nd October 2012, our Mauritian Chefs Hassan and Chef Jean Jack Richemond Denis, who flies in especially from Mauritius for this event, will take you on a culinary journey to the lovely island of Mauritius and give you the opportunity to enjoy a week of island rhythms, authentic food and colourful entertainment at the Dusk Terrace, located on the 8th floor of the East Tower.

The Mauritian cuisine uses elements of various cooking traditions from different parts of the world. It is rich in fresh seafood and tropical seasoned fruits but also reflects its influence from China, Africa, India, Spain, Brazil, France, Dutch and Great Britain.

daily when the SEGA Dance Group and a Mauritian DJ make you want to dance the night away.

Ms. Zaahirah Muthy from her recently launched “The Mauritian Spirit” collection.

Ms. Zaahirah is a passionate artist originally from Mauritius. Her Zeearts is a universal language that connects, reflects and communicates with the viewers. She has held her exhibitions both at national and international level, in places like Mauritius, Madagascar, Seychelles, UAE and London.
Her every collection came up with a paramount concept and a strong & crispy message.

She has won Oscar in Artistic Pursuit 2001 and Youth Excellence Award 2008 in Leadership by the Government of Mauritius.
Recently, nominated for The Outstanding Young Person Award 2012, which is an annual Award organized to recognize the most performing young person in their respective field.
