(KEG) selected core UltiPro delivered through Ultimate Software's software-as-a-service model, Intersourcing, in January 2008.
With more than 9,000 employees, Key Energy is the world's largest rig-based well service company. The Houston-based
business provides oilfield services including well servicing, pressure pumping, fishing and rental tools, electric wireline and fluids management. It has operations in all major onshore oil and gas producing regions of the continental United States and internationally in Argentina and Mexico.
Key Energy was using an on-premise solution to manage human resources but needed an HRMS with more functionality, a time and attendance component, and an on-demand offering so the company could free up internal IT resources to focus on other core business projects.
