2009-07-23 14:55:05 - Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has called for cops to question a second doctor in the ongoing investigation into her superstar son's tragic death.

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has called for cops to question a second doctor in the ongoing investigation into her superstar son's tragic death.
Jackson's personal physician, Dr Conrad Murray, is currently under investigation for manslaughter, and Katherine is pressing for the

probe to be widened to include a second, unidentified medic.
The singer's former plastic surgeon, Dr Steven Hoefflin, tells British newspaper The Sun, "It is Katherine's wish that any doctors who harmed Michael be brought to justice. In my understanding of this case, from being present when police talk to the family, there are two who, if found guilty of the acts suspected of them, could go to jail."
Hoefflin also insists several other doctors could be quizzed by cops, adding: "A further eight could stand to lose their medical licenses if found to have prescribed drugs inappropriately."
Dr Murray was with Jackson when he went into cardiac arrest at his rented home in Los Angeles on 25 June (09) and performed CPR on the star before emergency crews arrived.
His offices in Houston, Texas were raided on Wednesday (22Jul09) by Drug Enforcement Administration agents, and a computer hard drive and various documents relating to Jackson were seized.
