John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE: JWa & JWb), announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on October 13, 2009 to shareholders of record on October 1, 2009.
