The former 'Newlyweds' stars got divorced in June last year but it has now been agreed how much money each is entitled to according to official court documents.
Details of the settlement were not disclosed by the court and Jessica and Nick have agreed not to discuss each other's financial assets but it was reported that 'The Dukes of Hazzard' actress earned considerably more money than her singer husband during their three year marriage.
The couple wed on October 26 2002 and starred together in hit MTV reality show 'Newlyweds', which followed the pair as they adjusted to married life.
They filed for divorce in December 2005 and became legally separated six months later.
Nick has been dating TV presenter Vanessa Minnillo for eight months, while Jessica has been linked to Grammy award-winning singer John Mayer.
