- Brian L. Knepp, CPA has been named the Chief Financial Officer of Jersey Shore State Bank, subsidiary of Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ:PWOD) according to Ronald A. Walko, President and CEO.

Since January 2005, Knepp has been serving as the Vice President of Finance and Principal Financial Officer. In his position Knepp is responsible for the institution's financial and accounting functions, SEC filings, and tax planning. He also administers the bank's asset/liability position, and the company's investment portfolio.

With 10 years of banking experience, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Susquehanna University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Managers

Society, and the Loyal Order of Moose.
