“Wonderful Tonight” Continues Great Momentum in US

Los Angeles, CA --- On February 16, International singing artist Jay Scott Berry will headline a special charity concert in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to benefit various children’s relief organizations around the world. In conjunction with United Buddy Bears, whose worldwide exhibit contributes to UNICEF as well as other children related charities, Berry will be performing at a VIP gala. Noted guests will include the Sultan of Selangor, the First Lady of Malaysia and numerous ministers and dignitaries.
Berry recently completed a successful promotional tour on the West Coast with stops in Reno and Las Vegas as well as press engagements in Los Angeles. As he boarded the plane to Malaysia, his current single, “Wonderful Tonight,” continued its rapid
climb up numerous national charts. Hitting # 32 on the New Music Weekly’s competitive Hot 100 above such artists as Seal, Grammy winner Lady Antebellum, and the legendary Joe Cocker, Berry is # 11 on the Top40 Most Added and listed as a Top40 Prime Mover. This is the fourth hit singlefrom Berry’s highly acclaimed Keepsake CD.
According to the Associate Editor of New Music Weekly, Masika Swain: “Jay Scott Berry has great momentum with ‘Wonderful Tonight.‘ The song continues to rise rapidly moving to # 6 on the AC Indie Chart and debuted at #38 this week on the Top40 Main. The AC Main shows him at # 18 and Top40 Indie at # 9. Those are strong numbers in a short period of time.
The concert in Kuala Lumpur is another example of this rising star’s international appeal.
