Cole received his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law and his B.A. in history from King College in Bristol, Tenn. His quality legal work and outstanding ethics have earned him an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review system and designation as a Rising Star by North Carolina Super Lawyers.

Cole is a member of the American Association for Justice; the North Carolina Advocates for Justice; The North Carolina Bar Association, and the Wake County Bar Association. He also serves on the Executive Committee for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice Auto Torts Section.
