The Southwest Orlando Bulletin, a weekly news magazine focusing on local restaurants, cultural arts and lifestyle programs, events and performances, has named J. Alexander's Restaurant in Orlando as the Best New Restaurant in the publication's 2009 Best of Southwest survey.


In announcing results of its second annual survey on January 8, 2009, officials of the Southwest Orlando Bulletin

expressed appreciation to hundreds of survey participants who named J. Alexander's the top restaurant in its category. The survey was taken among residents living in the Dr. Phillips, MetroWest, Ocoee, Windermere and Winter Garden communities of Orlando.
