Independent Tankers Corporation Limited ("ITCL") announces that BP Shipping Ltd.
("BP") has given twelve months irrevocable notice of termination of the bareboat
charter for the VLCC British Progress.  The vessel will be redelivered from BP
to ITCL in February 2014.
