In making the announcement, Walter A. Cuevas, Interventional Spine's CEO, emphasized that the patented technology is unique to all of

the products in the Company's portfolio.

Interventional Spine is a co-sponsor and exhibitor at Spineweek 2008, currently underway in Geneva, Switzerland.
