/EINPresswire.com/ March 19, St. Louis, MO...A new Internet-based global information network, ADK's Product Safety Network News, has been established by publisher and education developer ADK Information Services, LLC at: www.productsafetynetworknews.com.
Culled from over 6,000 source documents, the network identifies, prioritizes and publishes at no cost to readers articles and papers on a wide variety of product safety topics and developments.
The new global publishing network service is attached to ADK's Product Safety and Recall Directory website, www.adksafetyinfo.com, that provides product safety professionals with information about regulatory agencies, standards organizations, and service providers around the world.
"ADK's Product Safety Network News is a response to surveys showing that product safety and risk managers are eager for the latest news from around the world," said Donald R. Kornblet, president, who also serves as product safety adviser to Saint Louis University's Center for Supply Chain Management Studies.
"Members of our LinkedIn Group have told us unequivocally that one of the most important tools they can have is 24 hour access to current news about global product safety developments and resources," Kornblet said.
Product safety news is gathered from original sources such as position papers, articles, blogs, academic papers, daily newspapers, news wire services, and widely respected journals such as Scientific American, The Economist, and various government agencies from around world.
ADK also develops and delivers product safety courses in cooperation with Saint Louis University, which in 2012 received special commendation from the Chairman of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Inez Tenenbaum for its contributions in university-level product safety education to the field of safety.
