Integrien Corporation : , the leader in real-time performance analytics, today announced that it has expanded its Technology Advisory Board. Including members who have run some of the largest IT infrastructures in the world, as well as leading IT software industry executives, the Technology Advisory Board helps Integrien evolve both product and company strategy to support growth initiatives.

The newest member of the Technology Advisory Board is Carol Rizzo, a seasoned Operations and Technology executive with over 25 years experience in all aspects of IT. Her vision and innovative use of technology has helped some of America’s most prestigious firms; Kaiser Permanente, AIG, Citibank, Fidelity Investments, Viacom and Digital Equipment, differentiate their products, reduce their costs and improve their revenue

and customer perception. Most recently, Rizzo was the Chief Technology Officer for Kaiser Permanente, where she was instrumental in improving systems availability, saving over $45M in reduced physician and nursing time. Under her leadership, the infrastructure team also cut operations costs by over $75M.

Rizzo joins Tom Fisher, Ashwin Rangan, Tom Bishop, Carol Dingle and Jim Houghton to form the Integrien Technology Advisory Board.

Tom Fisher is Vice President of Cloud Computing at SuccessFactors, the global leader in business execution software. Fisher is responsible for the company’s Cloud initiatives including supporting technology alliances and Cloud integration. Fisher was recognized as the San Diego Technology Executive of the Year in 2008 for his accomplishments at DriveCam. Previously Fisher held executive IT leadership positions at QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies Group, eBay and Gateway Computers.

Ashwin Rangan currently serves as the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) for MarketShare Partners (MSP). Previously, Rangan was General Manager and CIO of Wal-Mart global.com and also served as CIO for walmart.com. He is a published author, having recently released a book entitled Tomorrow’s CIO: Strategic Conversations that align IT with the Board Room.

Tom Bishop brings over 30 years of experience in senior technology and strategy roles at pioneering systems management solution vendors to the Technology Advisory Board. With a record of leading the development of industry standards, he has nine patents in the areas of fault tolerant computing, distributed computing and multi-processing, and was selected by InfoWorld magazine as one of the industry's 25 Most Influential Chief Technology Officers for 2004. Bishop currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of Conformity, Inc. where he is responsible for overall technology vision and strategy. He has also held executive technical positions at BMC, Cesura, VIEO, and Tivoli Systems.

Over the course of her career, Carol Dingle has held executive level positions in Software Development, IT Operations and Finance. Most recently, Dingle served as Vice President Operations and Infrastructure at Digital Insight, an Intuit Company, the leading outsourced provider of online banking services to mid-market banks and credit unions. In this role, Dingle was responsible for building and managing the 24 x 7 data center operations of the online banking service offerings. Prior to Digital Insight, Carol held several positions as an IT leader in the motion picture and financial services industries.

Jim Houghton is a co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Adaptivity.
Prior to Adaptivity, Houghton was the SVP Architecture & Strategy Executive for the infrastructure organization at Bank of America, where he drove legacy infrastructure transformation initiatives across 40+ data centers. Prior to that he was the Head of Wachovia’s Utility Product Management and also led leading-edge consulting practices at IBM Global Technology Services and Deloitte Consulting.
