2014-03-10 15:08:46 - Greeting card retailer, Brainbox Candy have launched a caption competition that will see the winning entry published, netting the winner a 10% royalty on all sales of their card.
A leading card and gift supplier has launched an exclusive competition that offers the opportunity for someone to design their own greeting card that will go on sale online and in numerous High Street retailers. Brainbox Candy have launched a caption competition and are looking for humorous and amusing entries, resulting in the winning entry being published as an one-off addition to their own range of greeting cards.
Their favourite caption will be published into a real life greeting card, which will be sold via the Brainbox Candy web site. It will also be available to purchase through the many independent and High Street retailers that stock the Brainbox Candy range. What makes this competition so unique is that the winner
will also receive a 10% royalty on all sales of their winning card.
"The contest is an excellent chance to view your caption take pride of place in one of the cards published by us" states Mark Williams, Co-founder of Brainbox Candy. “We are continually expanding, reaching further afield into other countries including Australia and America. By offering a share of the royalties to the winner, we wanted to make sure there is a true financial incentive in place for the winner. Not only that, but they will take a lot of pleasure seeing their card design come to life”
So what are Brainbox looking for when deciding which card caption to choose? "Anything goes!" says Williams. "We will be looking for captions to be entertaining, unique and very funny; entries that address all of these will stand a much better chance of grabbing our attention to be the winner". Competition entry can be made on the website at www.brainboxcandy.com/win
with the deadline for all entries to be in by 31 March 2014.
