Industry Experts Gather to Discuss the Future of Rail Infrastructure Projects in Latin America

2014-03-19 14:35:14 - Francisco Luiz Baptista da Costa from Ministry of Transport Brazil clarified that the shareholders of the current rail concessionaires may participate in the auctions of railways within the new model proposed by government at LatAm Rail Opportunities.
