First half of the summit on day one witnessed the case study on operations in Basrah International Oil and Gas Hub Free Zone (BIOGH), presented by Richard Cotton and Richard Halligey, BIOGH are the silver sponsors at the summit. Following the presentation was an interactive panel discussion on HSE Compliance and Regulations Middle East vs Global Standards. The panel discussion was lead by Layland Barker from Titan Containers, Riyan Qirbi from BP, Richard Cotton from BIOGH and Ali Egal of Borouge. Amongst other topics covered during the first half, the summit will also delve into 'Materials Management in Petrochemical Industry, by Borouge. The summit aims to gather the best minds in the industry to re-assess the trade-off strategy between performance and finances.
