CHANGES IN THE ORGANISATION OF INCAP GROUP

Mr Jari Koppelo will take over the responsibility of Incap Group's both business
units - Energy efficiency and Well-being solutions - as from 1 March 2012. He
has previously served as head of Energy efficiency both in Europe and in Asia.
In his role as the director of business units he is responsible for all customer
relationships, customer-specific profitability and sales of the Group's
services. Each customer has a designated key account manager, and all of them
are now reporting to Jari Koppelo. Koppelo has joined Incap in 2008 and is a
member of the Group's management team.

Mr Sami Kyllönen has been appointed Director, Operations Europe with
responsibility for Incap Group's   production in Europe. He is also nominated a
member of Group's management team. Sami Kyllönen has previously, since 2007,
worked as Manager, Operations services of Incap. Incap has today manufacturing
in Europe in Helsinki, Vaasa and Kuressaare. Sami Kyllönen is located in
Kuressaare.

Mr Mikko Hirvinen, who has previously been responsible for the European
operations, has been appointed Director, Special projects. As a first project he
is managing the production transfer from Helsinki factory to other plants of the
company, which is planned to take place by autumn 2012. Mikko Hirvinen is
located in Tallinn and he continues to act as a member of the Group's management
team.

Mr Marko Tapaninaho is nominated Manager, Engineering services and will as from
1 March 2012 take the responsibility of the Group's services supporting the
production, i.e. project management in New Product Introduction (NPI) and
documentation management in Product Life-cycle Management (PLM). Marko
Tapaninaho has been with Incap since November 2011 and he continues to be in
charge of the Group's product and test design services, which have currently
activities in India and in Finland. Marko Tapaninaho is a member of the Incap's
Extended management team.
