Gouda, the Netherlands - Royal Imtech N.V. (IM-AE, technical services provision
in and outside Europe) announces today it has reached an out of court settlement
with Adventure World Warsaw and its affiliates.

The settlement is final and binding. It resolves in a consensual manner all the
issues on which the parties were divided in relation to the realization of
Adventure World Warsaw and ancillary projects. The settlement also ends the
cooperation between the parties.

The parties will not disclose any financial details of the settlement.
