The Society for Human Resources Management and Great Places to Work(R) Institute named 4imprint to 2008's 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America list. To evaluate companies, judges go straight to the source. Nearly 300 4imprint employees answered a 57-question survey as part of the application, which focuses on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and

camaraderie.

What makes 4imprint stand out?

Employees say 4imprint's culture is family-like. Employee benefits help associates focus on work-life balance and success in the workplace. They include a mentoring/buddy program for new hires, immediate vesting in the company's 401(k) program, paid time off to volunteer and quarterly awards. Other benefits like on-site exercise classes and massage promote wellness while a roving treat cart, nacho and fruit days and company-wide appreciation events add to 4imprint's fun family-like atmosphere.

"Creating a culture where people know they are valued is a fundamental ingredient for success," said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, President, 4imprint. "To have two highly-respected, independent organizations count us among the best reflects both the wonderful people in our company and the amazing things they do every day."
