- Promotional products retailer 4imprint continued its one by one(R) charitable giving program in 2008 by awarding in-kind grants to U.S. and Canadian nonprofit organizations every business day during first quarter.

4imprint, based in Oshkosh, Wis., kicked off 2008 by awarding 65 charities with at least a $500 in-kind grant for promotional products. Eligible organizations for the one by

one(R) program include those with IRS-approved 501(c)3 status, Canadian registered charities, religious organizations and accredited schools.

Recipient agencies will use the one by one(R) grants for a variety of purposes, from thanking volunteers, to raising funds, training and motivating staff and raising community awareness.

"Non-profit organizations are quite clever in how they are using these imprinted products to achieve their goals," said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, 4imprint president. "We hope their successes inspire other non-profit organizations to apply for in-kind grants, as well."
