- iMergent, Inc., (AMEX:IIG) a leading provider of eCommerce software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, conducted its 2007 annual shareholder meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at the company's corporate headquarters at 754 East Technology Avenue in Orem Utah.
The company's shareholders ratified the following,
-- The election of Robert Kamm, Brandon Lewis and Craig Rauchle to the
board of directors under the new staggered terms of service; and
-- The appointment of Tanner LC as the company's independent registered public accounting firm.
Amendment to the company's 2003 Equity Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares available for grant was not ratified. Although 72 percent of the voting shares favored the plan, an insufficient number of votes were received to ratify the proposal.
