ILTALEHTI BUSINESS UNIT RENAMED IL-MEDIA

Alma Media's Iltalehti business unit is changing its name. The unit's new name,
IL-Media, will take effect at the end of March, beginning of April. The reasons
for the name change include rapid growth in digital business operations, the
content-based divergence of products and the new products of media sales.

IL-Media's consumer products - Iltalehti, Iltalehti.fi, IL-TV, Ilona and theme
supplements - will retain their existing names. The change only applies to the
name of the business unit.
