With success managing and growing companies ranging from fast growing start-ups to Fortune 500 business, West has held a number of executive positions in operational and strategic roles. Most recently, he served as CEO for the Professional Exchange, LLC, where he grew the organization by leveraging the Internet to successfully change the economics of matching and delivering professional services to small businesses. Prior to that role, West worked for H&R Block, where as Group President of Commercial Markets, he was responsible for developing and executing strategies for growing revenues as well as running a number of the company's technology and internet-based businesses. During his tenure, he launched a number of successful internet-based products, including askataxadvisor.com, taxone.com, and mytaxofferings.com.
West also gained valuable operations and distribution experience while heading up worldwide technology at Electronic Arts, where he developed a global intellectual property distribution platform that significantly contributed to the company"s ability to triple revenues in a three-year span. He holds a computer science degree from the University of Maryland, in addition to a master"s degree from the Golden Gate University.
