(CardTech) based in Guatemala. CardTech has extensive experience as a systems integrator for plastic card solutions and Point-of-Sales (POS) transaction systems, and expertise in providing identity solutions to the Federal and Municipal branches of

Guatemala. The preferred partnership calls for both companies to jointly consider bids for ID cards in the country.
