BOISE, Idaho-October 2, 2013-Idaho is a popular winter destination for skiers
and boarders who enjoy some of the world's best runs without the crowds. With
18 ski areas offering more than 20,000 skiable acres and an extraordinary array
of Nordic trails and loops, Idaho is a gem for enthusiasts seeking crystal clear
skies, fresh powder and short lift lines.
Idaho Tourism and Ski Idaho want to give everyone a chance to experience the
soul of skiing. Beginning in October and running through the end of February
snow lovers may visit www.idahowinter.org to enter the Vitamin ID Winter
Sweepstakes. Prizes include getaways to some of Idaho's popular destination ski
areas including Sun Valley, Brundage Mountain and Schweitzer Mountain, along
with lift tickets, cat skiing excursions, outdoor gear and more. New offers are
posted on Fridays. Weekly entries are welcomed.
