Humana Military’s Call Center Recognized for Outstanding Performance

Humana Military Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), received its third consecutive Vision Award from the Customer Contact Center Network (C3N) during the annual Boomerang Awards in Louisville, Kentucky. The award, for overall contact center excellence in a large center (more than 101 call center representatives), is given to the contact center in the region

exemplifying excellence. The Boomerang Awards is an annual competition recognizing the achievements and contributions of outstanding call centers and call center professionals in the greater Louisville area.
