The company also achieved the milestone of surpassing 1500 clients using the HRsmart Talent Management Platform.
Among the clients signed in the fourth quarter were Lloyd’s of London, Tesco Corporation, Winshuttle, Inc., and Mercon Coffee.
HRsmart also continued to gather praise for its Unified Talent Management Platform by winning the THINKstrategies Best of SaaS Showplace (BOSS) award in the fourth quarter of 2013. The award honors companies that deliver measurable business benefits as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. Earlier in the year HRsmart received recognition from Gartner Group, McLean and Co, and Federys as a leader in the Talent Management field.

On the humanitarian front, in November HRsmart and its employees banded together to donate $9,000 to the Red Cross in the Philippines to help in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan and donated funds to rebuild more than 45 roofs for victims of the storm. The Typhoon destroyed at least 80,000 homes, leaving over 582,000 people homeless and more than 2 million people needing food, clean water, and medical attention.
