A man has been sentenced to death for randomly killing former HOUSE OF FREAKS bandmember BRYAN HARVEY, his wife KATHRYN and their two young daughters.
RICKY JOVAN GRAY, 29, was convicted of the murders in August (06). The jury took just 30 minutes to find him guilty.
The Harvey family were found in the basement of their burning home - bound, beaten with a hammer and stabbed with their throats cut - in Richmond, Virginia on New Year's Day (01JAN06).
Harvey was a guitarist and singer for the rock duo House Of Freaks, who released five albums between 1987 and 1995.
Gray and his nephew RAY JOSEPH DANDRIDGE, also 29, killed another Richmond family days after murdering the Harveys, according to authorities.
