SUGAR LAND, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 06/12/09 -- Researched by Industrial Info Resources : (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Holly Corporation : (NYSE:HOC) (Dallas, Texas) is planning to build a 25,000-barrel-per-day hydrotreater and sulfur recovery unit to allow its Tulsa refinery to produce ultra-low-sulfur diesel. The refinery was acquired from Sunoco : (NYSE:SUN) (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) in June 2009 for $65 million, and Holly is planning to select a company in the summer to perform engineering, procurement and construction services.
