The Florida Special Arts Center, which calls Pangea “home,” has merchandise including items crafted by hand by people with developmental disabilities, along with other products such as the popular ScentsAbility Candles (www.scentsability.com), Sweet Petals Chocolates, Kathy’s Kidz Creations and more.
In addition to the unique concept of international fare, entertainment is an integral component at Pangea, including belly dancers, street performers, dance troupes, puppet shows and more, all geared to round out the shopping experience.
Pangea presents a “Florida’s Got Talent” contest on Saturday, December 12, a fun American Idol-style talent contest featuring community performers. Pangea shoppers will vote for the winners, with prizes to be awarded to the winning talent. Entrants must pre-register with an entrance fee of $20.
