The friend HULK HOGAN's son NICK BOLLEA left brain damaged after crashing his car in August 2007 has finally been released from a Florida hospital.
Bollea served 166 days of an eight-month prison sentence last year (08) for his part in the high speed collision, which left passenger John Graziano with serious head injuries.
Graziano had been under doctors' care at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa since the accident, in which the Iraq War veteran fractured his skull.
He was discharged on Wednesday (09Sep09) and allowed to go home with his mother, but is still in need of 24-hour care.
Graziano's family filed an auto negligence civil lawsuit against Nick, his wrestler dad Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, his mother Linda Bollea and friend Daniel Jacob in March (09), alleging they were negligent in their actions which led to Graziano's injuries.
The family is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.
